📋 Description

• Provide hands-on implementation and/or production support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module • Collaborate directly with customers to resolve system issues and gather requirements • Manage and execute mass uploads of employee and organizational data into Employee Central • Configure and maintain Business Rules Management and MDF Object Management • Support end-to-end digital transformation projects for global customers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency, spoken and written • Advanced oral English for collaboration with global teams • Advanced Spanish • At least 2 years of proven experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central • Intermediate/medium proficiency in MS Excel • Active SuccessFactors Employee Central certification • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance and Goal, and Onboarding (desired) • Release management experience (desired) • Ability to manage and work directly with 2+ customers simultaneously (desired) • Experience with ticketing handling tools such as SNOW and JIRA (desired) • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (desired)
