📋 Description

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines • Ensure sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog • Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning • Participate in Scrum of Scrums and ART-level syncs • Align team deliverables with the ART roadmap • Coordinate dependencies with other teams, System Architects, and Product Management • Ensure compliance with SAFe processes, including ART readiness and inspect & adapt sessions • Coach teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement • Identify and remove blockers • Promote transparency, trust, collaboration, and Agile engineering practices • Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise • Ability to lead Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices • Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Experience participating in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART-level syncs • Ability to drive adoption of Agile engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
