📋 Description

• Use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, DROID, Claude, or similar platforms to increase engineering productivity • Create structured, context-rich prompts for code, technical designs, documentation, test cases, and troubleshooting recommendations • Use macro-level prompt engineering to analyze business requirements, decompose complex problems, generate solution approaches, and accelerate feature development • Leverage AI tools to understand and navigate large codebases, identify defects, recommend enhancements, and accelerate onboarding • Support coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation using AI-assisted development • Validate and refine AI-generated outputs against enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and coding standards • Transform concepts, prototypes, and business requirements into production-ready solutions • Balance AI-generated recommendations with software engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate software development and improve delivery outcomes • Proven ability to use advanced prompting techniques to analyze requirements, generate solutions, modify existing applications, and improve delivery speed while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced Oral English for seamless collaboration with global teams and precision in prompt engineering • Advanced Spanish • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (Desired)
