📋 Description

• Manage 3–5 small- to medium-scale projects from planning to completion • Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders • Develop, analyze, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts • Manage project financials, including cost and budget impact justification • Monitor overall project performance against the plan • Manage assigned project teams by requesting resources, communicating goals, coordinating activities, and providing performance feedback • Manage, control, and mitigate project risks through trigger-event analysis and contingency planning • Build alignment among internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management • Provide insights and recommendations to Portfolio/Program Managers on deliverable prioritization and project delivery decisions • Follow enterprise project management practices, track key metrics, and communicate lessons learned • Assist with requests for information and vendor request-for-proposal processes • Provide hands-on project-team support, including vendor requests, training materials, reports, and operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • 8+ years of related IT or business experience, including 5+ years of project management experience • 5+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies • Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis of finance technology investments • Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of integration between finance systems and enterprise platforms • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies • Ability to build consensus and drive alignment among finance, IT, and business stakeholders • Expertise in vendor management and influencing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships • Exceptional communication skills for reporting project status, risks, and financial impacts to executive leadership • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional finance technology projects from inception to completion • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (Financials, Procurement, etc.) and other finance technologies such as SAP and Workday • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks specific to finance technology implementations • Experience managing change in regulated environments, including SOX and GDPR • Ability to develop and execute contingency plans for critical finance systems • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
