📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects from planning and delivery to deployment • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables • Design and develop detailed cross-functional project plans and actively manage project timelines • Manage internal teams and external vendors, including staffing and resource utilization • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Develop project budgets and control operational and capital expenditure costs, including planned, actual, and forecast figures • Foster communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership through regular project status updates • Establish and maintain project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures • Facilitate change management activities to support adoption of new systems and processes • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent/HR • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." • Proficiency in project management software tools • Ability to use approved AI components to help drive efficiencies • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish
