📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic Talent projects from planning and delivery through deployment • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables • Design and develop detailed cross-functional project plans and manage timelines • Manage internal teams and external vendors, staffing, and resource utilization • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Develop project budgets and control operational and capital expenditure costs • Communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and leadership • Establish project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures • Facilitate change management activities and adoption of new systems and processes • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects • 5 to 7 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Relevant certifications such as PMP are desirable • Strong leadership skills • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources • Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities • Proficiency in project management software tools • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually dispersed around the globe • Ability to use approved AI components at EY to help drive efficiencies
