📋 Description

• Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, status reporting, and escalation management • Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, engineering, QA, vendors) to ensure alignment and remove impediments • Manage change control, track dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met for project deliverables • Track financials and budgets, forecast resource needs, and report on cost variances and benefits realization • Establish and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and lessons learned • Facilitate project ceremonies, including kickoffs, stand-ups, retrospectives, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums • Implement and enforce delivery processes, quality gates, and compliance requirements • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery performance and applying lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience leading and managing several teams • Advanced English
