Description

• Business Analyst needed for the development of business requirements, design, configuration of Dynamics 365 Solutions, and web-based business solutions • Responsible for development of business requirements, design, UAT test materials, and web-based business solutions • Need to work closely with client's IT Project Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools • Knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis • Have a basic understanding of project management • Must have proven contributor level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements

• 10 Years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements • 5 Years of experience in writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation • 5 Years of experience working directly with senior stakeholders to determine improved business solutions • 5 Years of experience working with cross-functional teams • 5 Years of experience creating process flow diagrams • 5 Years of excellent verbal and written communication • 5 Years of knowledge of business processes • 5 Years of ability to work independently as well as collaboratively • 5 Years of strong analytical skills • 5 Years of delivering and leading end-user training sessions • 5 Years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification highly desired • 5 Years of knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) desired • 5 Years of strong understanding of the CRM Platform and its functional modules desired • 3 Years of BSc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or commensurate experience required • 5 Years of experience serving as the Lead Business Analyst on a combined team of analysts and developers desired • 2 Years of user story documentation desired
