• Work with a fast-growing and dynamic company that provides a life experience that supports your professional growth and personal well being • Develop and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities • Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment • Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring • May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities • Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization • Manage and review value delivered by assigned consultants to ensure compliance with company goals • Skills & Qualifications: • Hands on user experience with Atlassian ecosystems platforms: Jira, Confluence and others • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills • Able to organize client-facing discovery workshops that drive the capture and prioritization of requirements • Able to lead a project or workstream in a project alone or leading a small team • Independent starter, doesn't wait for direction, able to take high-level goals and translate them into activities that ensure a successful outcome • Effective time management to meet strict deadlines and minimize risks associated with project delivery • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience;
