📋 Description

• Responsible for marketing and selling all Servion financial products and services to Credit Unions and other clients. • Develop new and expand existing credit union and community bank relationships and territories. • Generate VA, FHA, Conventional and any additional mortgages through effective prospecting Credit Union and Community Bank opportunities. • Maintain appropriate, reliable, and confidential business relations with members, credit union and community bank employees, vendors and all Servion staff. • Build relationships with key decision makers; become liaison and point of contact with Credit Union and community bank partners. • Ensure inquiries, information requests and complaints related to loan products and services from Credit Unions and community banks are effectively resolved. • Actively maintain knowledge of Servion products and services and effectively present them to customers. • Respond to clients’ needs and follow through on requests both in written and verbal forms.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or Four-year College Degree in business or a related field preferred. • Minimum of two years of mortgage-related experience required. • Two years of mortgage sales experience strongly preferred. • Proven excellent reporting, letter preparation, group presentation and other related communications skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors. • Ability to perform research to determine credit union needs and communicate results to appropriate source. • Ability to conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings to demonstrate value of products and services to prospective and current clients.
