Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents • Provide support to users on security-related queries and issues • Implementing vulnerability scans and analyzing results • Monitoring system logs and security tools • Help in the development, implementation, and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures • Maintain detailed reports of all security incidents and the measures taken to resolve them

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk/support role with a strong focus on security • Proficient understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT systems, and networking technologies • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or SANS GIAC) are a benefit
