📋 Description

• Help move target initiatives forward • Serve as the point person driving DEIB efforts • Advance DEIB strategic goals through interventions, workshops, and other experiences • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience • Must have strong project management experience • Change management experience is a plus • Background in Human Capital, HR, and/or DEIB • Experience engaging with Global Leads/stakeholders is a plus • Ability to effectively coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and cultures • Adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and engagement with leadership across the organization • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Ability to easily package and present information in a consumable manner at the executive level • Must be a resilient and a 'go-getter', willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
