• Own the establishment and expansion of the Shopware partner ecosystem in France. • Identify, acquire and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators and solution partners (hunting), aligned with our strategic market positioning. • Develop and grow existing partner relationships (farming) with a clear focus on long-term collaboration and revenue growth. • Define and execute a scalable partner strategy for the French market in close coordination with Sales, Marketing and Product. • Take responsibility for achieving pipeline targets within your partner portfolio. • Enable partners through structured onboarding, training, joint business planning and ongoing performance management. • Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities and local ecosystem events to raise brand awareness and drive demand. • Continuously analyze the French e-commerce landscape, competitive environment and partner potential to refine our market approach.
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development or a comparable role in the ecosystem space. • Proven success in market development, partner acquisition and revenue growth. • Strong understanding of the French e-commerce market, system integrators and the landscape of digital agencies. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a growth environment. • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution. • Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills at both C-level and operational levels. • Professional proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
