📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for the Salesforce teams, providing leadership and communicating with different roles and levels of the organization • Propose solutions aligned with technical and business challenges • Apply and disseminate software engineering best practices in accordance with architectural guidelines • Collaborate with other teams, promoting alignment and clear communication • Document technical solutions and decisions • Contribute to the technical development of other engineers • Participate in Upstream and Downstream processes across multiple Squads • Perform integrated E2E testing, promoting quality, observability, and reliability • Design integrations between Marketing Cloud and other backend systems • Create and use metrics, logs, and monitoring to provide observability into customer journeys • Seek and apply feedback for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience with AMPscript and SSJS • Experience building Custom Activities, Journeys, and Automations • Experience importing and exporting data in Marketing Cloud • Experience editing creatives and scripts • Experience creating Data Streams, Data Models, and Calculated Insights, as well as performing segmentation and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud • Knowledge of Data Cloud • Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and development for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud • Knowledge of data modeling, including entities and relationships • Advanced SQL • Experience consuming APIs • Experience building Cloud Pages • Ability to troubleshoot integrations, automations, APIs, and scripts • Familiarity with data governance, deduplication, and identity resolution practices in Data Cloud • Ability to present to Product and Technology Leaders • Ability to engage business stakeholders and related disciplines in decision-making • Strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, leadership, and organizational skills • Position also open to candidates with disabilities
