📋 Description

• Independent management and maintenance of the entire sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-up, and documentation of customer communications • Maintaining and optimizing CRM and documentation processes to ensure high data quality • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales campaigns • Conducting market research, experiments, and data analyses to identify new business opportunities and optimize processes • Contributing to general operational tasks to actively shape dynamic processes and support growth • Planning, preparing, and following up on internal and external meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Curious and motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and grow • No prior work experience required • Strong German and English language skills • Enrolled as a student for at least one more year • Availability for 20 hours per week • Residence in Germany • No cover letter required; instead, please include 2–3 sentences explaining your motivation and enthusiasm for Sidestream
