📋 Description

• Build and ship features end-to-end within a Shopify app used by hundreds of brands • Review and validate AI-generated code proposals, understand architecture, catch edge cases, and approve or redirect implementations • Triage bugs and tasks and work with agentic coding tools to resolve them • Maintain platform stability and code quality • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on product direction • Help establish engineering practices as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Ruby on Rails experience • Hands-on Shopify app development experience • Comfort working in an agentic coding environment and critically reviewing AI-generated code • Active GitHub with recent and consistent shipping activity • Familiarity with AI development tooling such as Claude Code or Codex is a plus • Startup mindset: scrappy, collaborative, and no ego • Strong written English communication • Brazilian nationality and/or current residence in Brazil • Advanced to Fluent English skills
