• Develop and gain buy-in for a compelling vision and strategy for the product area • Utilize research and data to identify critical customer needs and validate solutions • Build and execute an ambitious product roadmap • Motivate and lead cross-functional team to achieve goals • Identify opportunities for industry-leading experiences aligned with company's mission • Experience in AI/ML product management is a plus

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of product management experience, with 2-3 years in digital B2C products • Proven record of building exceptional products • Experience in hyper-growth stage and scaled product management • Evidence of impact on product trajectory as a senior PM • Experience in AI/ML product management is a plus • Customer-focused with continuous discovery experience • Strong product intuition based on data and customer empathy • Clear communicator with ability to create narratives • Experimental mindset with desire to learn and iterate quickly
