📋 Description

• Design and build the unified persona registration API for provisioning identities across Active Directory, cloud services, and simulated internet services • Build and maintain the Range Domain Controller management service, including AD users, group memberships, OUs, domain policies, and subdomain configuration • Design and operate PKI infrastructure with root and intermediate CAs, certificate issuance pipelines, and Windows/Linux client trust configuration • Own the GreySpace user API for account creation, deletion, elevation, and demotion across simulated web, FTP, SSH, and mail services • Define and enforce persona data models across identity backends, AD schema, SSO federation, and per-service account state • Own eventual consistency and reconciliation when identity backends diverge • Collaborate with the user emulation team on orchestration requirements and persona complexity • Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform architecture covering trust, authentication, and security

🎯 Requirements

• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required across written, virtual, and in-person interactions • Deep understanding of Active Directory: user and group provisioning, organizational unit design, Group Policy, Kerberos authentication, and domain and subdomain configuration • Experience automating AD configuration programmatically and building robust APIs on top of AD operations • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and/or Azure identity management • Solid PKI knowledge: CA hierarchy model, certificate lifecycle management, CSR signing workflows, and client trust stores on Windows and Linux • Strong REST API design skills, particularly idempotency, partial failure handling, and eventual consistency across heterogeneous backends • Familiarity with enterprise identity providers and SSO systems as a consumer and integrator • Experience with certificate management at operational scale, including programmatic certificate issuance, expiration management, and trust-anchor distribution across a fleet • Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus • Experience in cybersecurity, red team infrastructure, or environments where identity and trust infrastructure is a target or tool is a strong plus • Must be authorized to work in Costa Rica
