• Analyze data from media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) in depth, converting numbers into business insights that guide strategic decisions for the client. • Master pacing controls and campaign delivery, acting as the reference for calculating and directing the team to ensure budget health and prevent deviations. • Operate platforms such as Google and Meta with full autonomy — performing activations and optimizations strategically and independently without constant direction from leadership. • Request and negotiate media proposals with various publishers, leading the development of multichannel strategies aligned with each account’s objectives. • Conduct client meetings autonomously, presenting analyses, insights, and media recommendations with confidence and solid rationale. • Be an active part of account management — producing presentations and operational and strategic documents with initiative, not just as support. • Develop complete, in-depth media plans (Excel and/or PowerPoint) with a clear strategic view of channels, formats, KPIs, and client objectives. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables — either as a senior specialist or a future leader, depending on your development. • Continuously pursue technical improvement, expanding your understanding of the media ecosystem and how different channels and formats complement each other.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Social Sciences, Data, or related fields. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of media platforms (social and digital). • Understanding of platform billing processes. • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. • Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides.
