📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT-related transformation projects, such as AI strategy including governance and compliance, tool and process harmonization, and change support • Analyze processes, project landscapes, organizational structures, and tool setups with a focus on efficiency, impact, and user acceptance • Develop transformation strategies, areas for action, and project portfolios together with clients • Support and shape organizational change, including communication concepts and change initiatives • Conduct workshops, assessments, and management-level decision presentations • Work closely with client teams • Take responsibility for the development of junior consultants • Continuously build and maintain client relationships • Develop concepts and contribute to pre-sales meetings

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience in consulting or the operational management of IT-related transformation projects • Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: IT project management (traditional or hybrid); AI implementation and consulting (functional or relating to governance, strategy, and operating models); change management / agile transformation; process analysis / tool evaluation / portfolio review • Strong knowledge of at least one project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) • Strong command of consulting methods and an impact-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and empathy when working with stakeholders • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Willingness to travel within the DACH region • Very good command of German • Solid English skills
