📋 Description

• Welcome and advise customers to meet their needs and provide the best possible experience • Drive sales by offering mobility products and services in a personalized way • Inspect vehicles at customer pick-up and return to ensure a premium fleet • Assist customers with vehicle handover and familiarization • Move vehicles to meet the agency's operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in sales and customer service roles • Results-oriented with strong motivation to achieve targets • Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering a premium service • Strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Availability to work rotating shifts on a 35-hour/week annualized contract • Valid Category B driving license
