📋 Description

• Drive the introduction and commercialization of Skeleton’s SuperBattery solutions for stationary applications in the US. • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in data centers, utilities, renewable energy operators, industrial power users, and system integrators. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through negotiation to contract closure. • Develop strategic relationships with distributors, EPCs, and technology partners to strengthen market presence. • Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer requirements to align Skeleton’s offerings with US market needs. • Work closely with Skeleton’s engineering, product, and marketing teams in Europe to ensure customer feedback drives product development and localization. • Act as Skeleton’s representative at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in North America.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field. • Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, sales, or key account management in energy storage, batteries, power electronics, or related sectors. • Strong network in stationary applications markets, ideally including data centers, grid operators, or industrial energy users. • Ability to drive complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times. • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to building business from the ground up. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel frequently across the US and occasionally to Europe. • Authorized to work in the United States.
