Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of financial principles and IT systems; familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus. • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with complex data and systems. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements. • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. • Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on challenges and learn new concepts. • Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices is desirable.
