• Desenvolver, engajar e gerir o relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos • Identificar oportunidades de expansão e aquisição de novos lojistas via parceiros • Construir e escalar nossa estratégia de parcerias com agências especializadas em e-commerce • Conduzir apresentações, alinhamentos e reuniões comerciais com parceiros • Liderar negociações e estruturar modelos de parceria (comercial e go-to-market) • Gerenciar pipeline de oportunidades vindas de parceiros, acompanhando performance e resultados • Acompanhar métricas e indicadores de sucesso das parcerias • Criar e evoluir materiais, processos e documentações de suporte ao ecossistema • Atuar próximo aos times internos (comercial, produto, marketing) para maximizar impacto • Representar a empresa em eventos, reuniões externas e visitas a parceiros.
• Experiência com parcerias, vendas B2B ou business development • Conhecimento em processos comerciais • Habilidade em precificação • Perfil relacional, com forte comunicação verbal e escrita • Capacidade de atuar com autonomia em ambiente dinâmico • Familiaridade com CRM (HubSpot), planilhas e ferramentas de apresentação • Noções de tecnologia (integrações, APIs ou produtos digitais) • Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas • Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Marketing, Comunicação, Administração, Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas • Experiência com e-commerce, logística ou SaaS • Vivência com, agências ou ecossistemas digitais • Networking ativo no mercado • Experiência prévia em startups ou empresas de alto crescimento.
