Description

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying CI/CD environments • Develop infrastructure and deployment systems based on service team's needs • Design and implement overall architecture of new systems • Build highly scalable and resilient systems • Develop and maintain highly available, multi-region Kubernetes clusters • Maintain multi-region MongoDB Atlas platform • Mentor teams and developers on multi-region architecture • Plan and implement systems rollout based on software delivery commitments • Monitor and report on platform costs and scaling • Provide operations expertise in the development and launch of new software • Lead teams in establishing monitoring, alerting, and service level objectives • Design and build tooling in Go • Maintain processes and procedures for system on-call and incident responses • Work with teams to adopt DevOps mindset • Plan and execute disaster recovery scenarios

Requirements

• Kubernetes expert • Strong coding skills in Go and NodeJS • Experience with Helm and Terraform • Mastery of AWS services including IAM, VPC, EC2, Route 53, and S3 • Knowledge of GCP is preferable • Experience in automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo Workflows & ArgoCD • Familiarity with queuing platforms such as NATS/Jetstream, RabbitMQ • Knowledge of databases including MySQL, Postgres, and MongoDB Atlas • Experience in monitoring and alerting using tools like Grafana, Prometheus • Ability in system design and architecture using Linux and Containers (Docker) • 6+ years of software and systems experience • Computer Science degree preferred
