• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract signature with defense contractors, government agencies, and commercial customers. • Participate in on-site and remote presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions with qualified prospects. • Present Sky Spy's RF intelligence architecture and offer customized solutions for specific client requirements. • Execute outbound prospecting strategies to exceed monthly revenue targets consistently. • Collaborate with marketing to develop inbound leads and maintain prospect relationships. • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Represent Sky Spy at defense conferences, trade shows, and industry events. • Support contract negotiations and proposal development for complex procurement processes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field. • 3+ years of business development experience in defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology markets. • Proven track record closing deals in European defense markets with measurable, proven results. • Network of contacts in European defense ministries, prime contractors, or systems integrators. • Track record leading solution-oriented sales campaigns from inception to contract award. • Skilled at presenting to senior technical and executive audiences. • Excellent written communication and proposal development capabilities. • English - C1+.
