• Drive sales growth and manage the assigned territory • Achieve sales, revenue, and territory growth targets • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers • Advise customers on Sleeman products, promotions, and sales opportunities • Collaborate with customers to develop their business plans and establish priorities • Work with Sales Management and customers to set spending budgets and establish objectives • Analyze sales data and leverage territory knowledge to identify opportunities and execute sales plans • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards • Participate in team meetings and provide relevant local insights to Sales Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role • Post-secondary diploma in a related field • Experience executing sales plans (an asset) • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using computer tools • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (an asset) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Bilingual in French and English required for interactions with anglophone customers • Ability to consistently represent the company’s core values
