Description

• Execute client's marketing strategy and plans<br>• Source content and create compelling offers<br>• Work alongside E-Commerce Strategist to help generate client revenue growth<br>• Build and maintain strong customer relationships<br>• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives<br>• Provide weekly status updates to the strategist<br>• Resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed<br>• Educate the client on best practices or technology<br>• Stay up-to-date with trends to help identify opportunities for the client<br>• Communicate opportunities to improve client experience with SmartBug leadership<br>• Ensure project dates & plans are up-to-date<br>• Accurately log own time to gather project and deliverable cost/value<br>• Contribute to company's blog and social media presence<br>• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with digital marketing, email marketing, SMS, content marketing, and social media • 2+ years experience in Klaviyo preferred • Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and well-organized • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments • Understanding of major social media platforms • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
