Description

• Serve as strategic client account lead for ecommerce clients • Work with senior client marketing executives to develop goals and marketing strategies with a focus on ROI • Develop email and SMS ecommerce marketing plans and lead a team of Specialists and cross-functional marketers to execute in Klaviyo • Present monthly reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, and additional strategic recommendations based on performance data • Train and mentor E-Commerce Specialists for career development • Grow and deepen client relationships • Consult with clients to define their marketing technology stack and implement marketing automation in Klaviyo and other integrated tools • Manage profitability and growth of client portfolio • Keep informed about ecommerce marketing industry developments • Contribute thought leadership to SmartBug's blog, social media, or co-marketing activities

Requirements

• 3+ years experience building comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a focus in e-commerce • Strong understanding of the capabilities of marketing automation (hands-on expertise with Klaviyo plus) • Strong strategic thinker who is comfortable talking to senior executives • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and create campaigns based on customer requirements • Proven relationship-building skills and client communication experience • Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Strong understanding of all social media platforms • Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance • Great writing and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets • Experience working remotely in similar roles strongly preferred
