• Join the executive team to manage and scale financial operations • Responsible for directing a team of finance professionals and upper management in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting financial performance • Develop and manage accounting and financial analysis procedures • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts • Prepare and maintain metric-driven financial models to forecast and evaluate profitability • Lead financial modeling and reporting for investors and potential fundraising • Collaborate with the executive team to measure and optimize financial performance • Lead Order to Cash lifecycle processes • Manage team to achieve career aspirations • Coordinate with accountant and external CPA for bookkeeping, taxes, and compliance
• 10 + years of professional experience • 5+ years of experience in leading accounting and FP&A functions in a venture-backed B2B SaaS company • Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, FASB ASC • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial reporting • Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines • Ability to act and operate independently • Previous experience working in QuickBooks Online • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting • Strong written and verbal communication skills
