📋 Description

• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing the sale. • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships. • Effectively present products to prospective clients. • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty. • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs to nurture and grow existing partnerships. • Collaborate across the company to respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction in order to maintain the company’s reputation. • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data. • Communicate and report on successes and obstacles to overcome. • The role is a remote position with some travel expected for in-person meetings and/or conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• History and evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Comfortable helping to lead complex contract negotiations. • Ability to lead analysis-driven negotiation processes and have proven closing skills (internal or external). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. • Able to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. • Proven experience as a Sales Professional. • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles. • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus. • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. • Superior organizational and time-management skills. • Highly developed business acumen. • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales. • College degree required, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred. • Experience working with brand manufacturers (both large and emerging brands). • Experience selling software solutions and/or marketing solutions.
