• Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities in the defense sector, including new markets, products and partnerships. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its defense customers to understand and meet their needs. • Conduct regular customer meetings to review ongoing projects, future requirements and potential new business opportunities. • Develop and implement strategic account plans together with the Business Development Manager, Defense, to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of customers in the defense sector.
• Commercial vocational training (minimum 3 years) with an additional qualification in sales • Alternatively, a university degree • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Strong proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel and Word) • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Strategic thinking and ability to develop strategic plans • Contacts in the defense industry, Federal Police (Bundespolizei) and military are desirable • Clean police clearance certificate (unblemished criminal record)
