Description
• Design and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software applications • Document and test systems, modify as appropriate • Provide technical and project leadership and mentoring for senior team members • Write highly scalable and distributed Ruby on Rails services • Develop mid-tier services in a service-oriented architecture • Work with Postgres and other relational DBs • Use Agile development methods • Work with Linux and VIM • Have great communication skills
Requirements
• Strong Ruby on Rails experience • Knowledge/experience with GitHub • Experience with APIs • Nice to have: knowledge of Javascript and other front-end technologies • Basic qualifications: 3+ years for junior team members, 5+ years for senior team members
