Description
• Seeking experienced Director of Growth and Customer Marketing to lead marketing efforts and drive business growth • Develop and execute successful marketing strategies in PLG and SLG motions • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives • Oversee marketing operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Enhance retention and upsell opportunities through customer marketing efforts
Requirements
• Ideally 7+ years of B2B marketing experience • Proven track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition, etc • Strong expertise in reporting and analytics • Experience in managing paid marketing campaigns • Expertise in Hubspot and other marketing tools • Experience working with enterprise and SMB customers • Proven track record of building and scaling teams in a startup environment • Excellent communication and leadership skills
