• Snowplow is looking for a Support Engineer to work with a wide range of technologies and become a specialist over time. • The role involves providing proactive and reactive help to customers, including resolving technical issues and identifying product enhancements. • The Support Engineer will be working with people from across the globe in a demanding and varied role. • The role requires a calm and flexible individual who can prioritize and solve problems in a crisis. • The Support Engineer should have a passion for programming, including web development and web apps. • Strong knowledge of UNIX, Linux, JavaScript, AWS, and GCP is important. • Qualifications in Computer Science or data-related fields are preferred. • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly are essential. • This is a remote position, but the company is specifically hiring in Colombia with specific coverage needs to fill.

Requirements
