• Lead the pre-sales cycle with a focus on prospective medium to large businesses in the LATAM market. • Research and map accounts to identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across DevSecOps, Development, and Digital Transformation teams. • Create and execute compelling, creative messaging for cold outreach to new customers to generate pipeline through outbound activity. • Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders to drive the entire sales process. • Negotiate terms and close new deals, managing accounts through both short and long sales cycles.
• 7+ years of closing experience, demonstrating a history of achieving and exceeding quota. • Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required. • Experience selling a technical product and a strong desire to join a high-growth startup environment. • An understanding of the software developer lifecycle and the ability to articulate how a developer tooling product fits in. • Proven self-motivation, determination, and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced sales environment. • Experience identifying high-propensity target accounts and generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
