⢠Responsible for maximizing sales of our brands within the defined sales territory. ⢠Responsible for key account management as well as developing, implementing and continuously adjusting account plans to achieve sales targets. ⢠Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and relevant stakeholders. ⢠Gather and analyze relevant market and customer information through interaction with customers, stakeholders and other available information sources. ⢠Create, manage and monitor customer development plans for all relevant prescribing centers, including coordinating cross-functional support measures. ⢠Identify and evaluate market opportunities and develop appropriate actions in collaboration with the local team to optimally leverage business potential. ⢠Share and communicate market insights and customer information internally within the team. ⢠Implement the account and brand strategy and continuously adapt measures to changing market conditions.
⢠University degree in medicine or natural sciences, certified pharmaceutical representative, or a comparable qualification ⢠At least 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital field sales ⢠Enjoy advising physicians, pharmacies and healthcare professionals ⢠Ability to work independently and take initiative ⢠Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel extensively ⢠Proficient in Office 365 applications
