• Build and maintain an active network of commercial partners, acting as a business advisor for resellers, distributors and strategic alliances; • Monitor performance indicators, productivity and conversion rates for each channel, ensuring commercial targets are met; • Develop and implement expansion plans to maximize profit and sales, working collaboratively with partners; • Provide continuous support to partners through educational materials and training on products and sales techniques; • Act as a hunter, identifying and offering benefits solutions to partners, strengthening indirect sales channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing or similar. • Participation in sales communities or professional networks related to the technology sector and indirect sales. • Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-changing environments, with a strong focus on results and professional growth. • Clear and effective communication, collaboration and influencing skills, strategic thinking, proactivity and autonomy. • Solid experience in sales through indirect channels, with a strong results and targets orientation. • Experience working with partnerships, resellers and commercial distributors. • Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for account management and sales tracking. • Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners. • Organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple demands efficiently. • Proactivity: actively seeking opportunities and improvements, with initiative to lead new projects and actions. • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to make strategic decisions. • Basic knowledge of fintechs or financial products is a plus, though not required. • Familiarity with the sales dynamics of resellers and distributors, promoting joint growth.
