📋 Description

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Oracle/SQL, ensuring data quality and integrity • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to donation activities • Analyze data and generate insights to support the development of fundraising and donation strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Conduct statistical analyses, trend studies, and identify opportunities for improvement • Present findings, recommendations, and analyses to stakeholders and partner teams • Support process optimization through data and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Analysis • Advanced knowledge of Oracle/SQL • Experience processing and analyzing large volumes of data • Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences and departments • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Experience in credit unions or financial institutions • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices • Interest in working on initiatives focused on transformation and social impact • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
