📋 Description

• Oversee implementation projects, ensuring that objectives agreed with the client are met • Ensure that deliverables meet the defined quality criteria • Monitor activity progress, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities for improvement • Manage unforeseen issues, propose alternatives, and support decision-making • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal technical, functional, and business teams • Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders • Participate in follow-up meetings, status reporting, and project reviews • Contribute to a positive client experience throughout the implementation journey

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (completed or in progress) preferred, ideally in a Technology-related field • Experience with implementation projects of management systems (e.g., ERP) preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Communication and negotiation skills to coordinate support across different areas • Sense of urgency and persistence to handle situations outside the project scope • Collaborative mindset with customer focus and results orientation • Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish (advantageous) • Experience in dynamic environments with multiple demands and clients (advantageous) • Previous experience with the SoftExpert Suite (SE Suite) platform (advantageous) • Courses or postgraduate studies in Project Management (advantageous)
