📋 Description

• Lead and support employee termination processes • Execute and verify end-to-end employment termination procedures • Perform termination calculations and validations in accordance with labor law • Ensure compliance with legal deadlines related to terminations • Prepare, review, and organize termination documentation • Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees on termination matters • Conduct analyses, audits, and checks to mitigate labor-related risks • Support continuous improvement of the area’s processes and controls • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity in systems and internal controls • Interface with leadership, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in personnel administration with a focus on terminations • Solid knowledge of CLT (Brazilian labor law), labor legislation, and compliance obligations related to terminations • Experience performing and verifying termination calculations • Familiarity with eSocial, FGTS Digital, Conectividade Social, and related processes • Experience with payroll systems and HR management tools • Intermediate to advanced Excel for controls, reconciliations, and analyses • Ability to identify inconsistencies and perform thorough data validations • Knowledge of compliance practices, auditing, and internal controls is a plus
