📋 Description
• Account Management • Sales Growth • Customer – relationship development • Introduction of New products aligning to Solenis • Resolving technical issues/ trouble shooting for issues on paper machines • Coordination with site commercial team for orders/ payments • Responsible for looking for and ensuring proper functioning of the Solenis equipment’s on the sites • Keeping view on competition‘s activities on site and ensuring the Solenis business is well guarded • Attend safety and development training courses, online or offline • Spares management for all applications running at sites • Manage approx. 25 technical support staff
🎯 Requirements
• Industrial Experience - 10 to 15 years • Must have knowledge of the Biocide & Pulp mill applications • Bachelor's degree Engineering / Masters degree Chemical background preferred • People management experience
