📋 Description

• Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting • Partner with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability to budget and forecasts • Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs, including production, inventory and logistics to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and supply chain operations • Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory, write-offs, and operational drivers • Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and operational efficiency • Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 5 years + of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling • Manufacturing/Plant Finance and cost accounting knowledge • Standard costing and cost absorption analysis • Inventory analysis • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required; reporting tools preferred) • Ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate insights • Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting background • SAP or ERP systems experience • Strong business partnering skills; ability to influence without authority • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset
