• Own Strategic Relationships by leading customer engagement and retention efforts • Build deep relationships and execute strategic account plans • Drive Retention & Product Success by leading adoption strategies and monitoring account health • Act as the primary point of contact for complex escalations • Run strategic business reviews to identify opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management supporting strategic or enterprise accounts • Demonstrated success navigating large organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle • Skilled in data storytelling and ROI-based consultation • Experience in the automotive industry or with dealership operations is strongly preferred • Proficient in Salesforce, DealerSocket CRM, and other enterprise SaaS platforms • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and TEAMS • Ability to travel up to 50%
