📋 Description

• Lead and support commercial activities within the assigned territory • Ensure implementation of strategic sales plans and team management • Develop and implement business-growth strategies within the area • Design and develop innovative products with the product development team • Provide technical advice to agents on product use across various crops • Help distributors develop crop solutions • Help manage depot logistics and supply-chain arrangements regarding stock • Manage forecasts for each depot or sales agent in the area • Train study groups and distributors on Rolfes Agri products and crops • Manage and control consignment stock in depots to increase sales and reduce stock levels, coordinating with logistics • Visit allocated agents at least once every 1–2 months, depending on the number of agents • Conduct demonstration trials and report on results

🎯 Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) • Agricultural Qualification – National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture • Croplife or BASOS certificate; if not held, it must be obtained within a year • 3–5 years’ working experience in a similar role • Computer literate in Microsoft applications
