• Bachelor’s degree • Proven commercial experience with a healthcare portfolio • MBA in business is a plus • Proven commercial experience with Infection Prevention and Surgical Solutions portfolios • Negotiation and territory management skills • Proven commercial experience in distributor channel management is desirable • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a work visa
