📋 Description

• Assist with event planning by handling Cvent tasks such as building websites, surveys, managing reports, and ensuring registration pages and communications are correctly translated • Lead travel booking process for Healthcare Professional speakers with booking agency and internal team members • Organizing, confirming, and communicating with Healthcare Professional speakers travel logistics for events • Process, track, and reconcile all Scientific Education team expenses in required budgets and systems • Auditing documentation for each educational event to ensure compliance standards, policies, and regulations are met • Ensuring that data is precisely recorded, thoroughly analyzed, and effectively communicated to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English • Advanced or Fluent in additional languages spoken in the EMEA and/or APAC region • At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals • Experience with Cvent Event Management Platform • Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department • Demonstrated attention to detail in handling complex tasks and maintaining accuracy • Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting using relevant tools • Hands-on experience with payment processing, budget reconciliation and expense tracking • Strong customer service background, with experience in client-facing or support roles
