• Collaborating with training leadership and stakeholders to design and develop technical training content • Facilitating learning experiences on Solventum HIS software products • Assessing employee skills and serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) years of experience in Technical Instructional Design • Hands-on experience with Hospital IT systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) OR IT systems administration / application support / implementation • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
