📋 Description

• Brindar soporte y asistencia a usuarios por teléfono, correo electrónico y otras herramientas de comunicación • Atender consultas y resolver problemas técnicos de nivel básico • Recopilar información sobre incidencias reportadas y documentarlas adecuadamente • Instalar, configurar y dar soporte básico a hardware y software • Ayudar en la creación, configuración y mantenimiento de cuentas de usuario y contraseñas • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes e incidentes hasta su resolución • Escalar casos complejos al equipo técnico correspondiente cuando sea necesario • Mantener registros precisos de incidentes y soluciones implementadas • Garantizar una experiencia positiva y profesional para los usuarios en cada interacción

🎯 Requirements

• Inglés avanzado B2+ o C1 (conversacional y escrito) • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Customer Service • Conocimientos básicos en tecnología, sistemas, soporte técnico o áreas afines • Bachiller graduado, técnico o tecnólogo, preferiblemente en áreas relacionadas con tecnología o sistemas • Estudios: College/Technical Career • Experiencia profesional: 1 año • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes, 7:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (hora Colombia) • Disponibilidad para turnos on-call ocasionales durante fines de semana
