• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities with minimal supervision • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings • Handle executive communications, including emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination • Conduct market research and identify potential prospects • Support client engagement initiatives and follow-up activities • Track relationships, deliverables, and communication within CRM systems • Prepare reports, track key metrics, and maintain organized records
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Proven experience in client-facing or business development environments • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel strongly preferred)
• Professional experience in executive support or similar role • High attention to detail and organizational excellence • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-level tasks
